Why Brown Gas Can Improve Combustion Efficiency?
2015-08-21
(1) the amount of gas added Brown <5m3 / h, and fill the air volume is minimal compared to the burner, but its effect is remarkable catalytic combustion;
(2) Brown gas adsorption effect of the furnace wall, the lag effect is obvious, therefore intermittently through Rubu Lang gas, its effects and no significant difference was continuously fed;
(3) reduce CO emissions, but increases with increasing combustion temperature and flame high temperature area, the temperature increase in the content of nitrogen oxide type;

(4) Under the same condition emission levels can be used to lower the excess air coefficient to improve combustion efficiency.
